In alignment with our team mission, we idenitified a key point of improvement for our race times. We collaborated with Auron Racing, a team competing in the 2025 State Finals.
We used agillity drills and utilised tennis balls to conduct partner drops, wall rebounds, and tossing drills. These are widely proven to be effective and are used in real world scenarios by atheletes, even in motorsport, notably Formula One and the World Rally Championship.
This showed a large improvement in reaction time, with our driver reaching an average reaction time of 0.180s, a huge improvement from the previous 0.210s. This was shown on race day to be highly effective, as our best reaction time (0.168s) was 0.002s behind the best in Johor (0.166s, Harimau Racing)
